PRIVATE TEA PARTIES

Seven Gables Mercantile offers private tea parties for birthdays, showers, or any special occasion! With our unique atmosphere and delicious food, our parties are perfect for making wonderful memories. 

Pricing and details:

Petit Tea Party

• $250 base fee + $6 per person
• Assorted cookies and tea
• Self-serve

Afternoon Tea Party

• $300 base fee + $15 per person
• Assorted sandwiches, pastries, tea, lemonade
• Theme of your choice
• China tea cups, glass goblets
• Full service

Royal Tea Party

• $350 base fee + $20 per person
• Assorted sandwiches, pastries, tea, lemonade
• Theme of your choice
• China tea cups, glass goblets
• Favors for each guest
• Special gift for honored guest
• Full service

Details:

• Parties can be scheduled anytime between 12-4. They typically last 60-90 minutes. 
• The Afternoon and Royal parties include your choice of decor. We can generally do whatever theme you have in mind. We have done Fairies, Alice in Wonderland, Harry Potter, Easter, Pioneers, etc. 
• A professional bakery caters the party. Special requests for food allergies MUST be made at least one week prior to the party. While every effort is made to accommodate allergies, we cannot guarantee that the food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat.
• We can accommodate up to 25 people. 
• The base fee is due at the time of booking to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to the party. Cancellations made up to 30 days prior will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior will receive 50% of the base fee and a full refund of the per person fee if already paid. 
• Unfortunately we are unable to schedule parties in September and October.
